Renewals are coming.
The renewal period will soon be upon us. Here are a couple of actions that you can take now to make life a little less stressful this May.
Reminder #1 – Extra Risks Cover was changed last year.
You are no longer required to provide RMS with an itemised list of computers, laptops and tablets owned by your organisation. All you need to do is provide RMS with the total replacement value of all computers, laptops and tablets owned by your organisation. Click here for all the details.
Reminder #2 – You Must Specify THESE 8 ITEMS
Many sites have discovered the hard way that these items of property are not automatically covered under building or contents cover.
Unlike movable equipment the below list represents property that is fixed or permanent.
- Signage
- Playground equipment
- Shade sails
- Swimming pools
- Fences
- Sheds
- Retaining walls
- Site improvements
You can get cover for the above types of property but you need to tell RMS about them.
