Risk Assessments Many activities and events need one, this protects people and your ministry.
Who else is involved? Many activities and events organisers might invite the help of others such as independent ministries, or even a food vendor. It is best practice to get a copy of their current Public Liability Certificate of Cover.
Likewise, medical or allied health professionals might be actively contributing to your event or activity. They should also be happy to provide you with a copy of their own current Professional Indemnity Certificate of Cover. Again, this is best practice to protect your ministry.

It is no drama if you can't submit the above documentation when you complete this form, but please be aware that one of our team may ask you for all or any of these documents while they process your request.
